Actually it is... It doesn't look at all real. How do you know? Do you have the same one? If you don't want it anymore, give it to me. Anyway I love fur... It's terribly practical in cold weather. I love animals but think people are more important. And I don't see the difference between fur, leather, eating meat, etc... If you do one, you might as well do the others.

^ i love that. bugger off
i love american phrases though, i guess that's because i'm not used to them so they just seem really quirky and cool. like pants instead of trousers and chips instead of crisps. haha, ya i see what you mean bc it's the same for me, but in reverse. do you ever imitate american accents w/ your friends?? some ppl say that english ppl sound like they have a potato in their mouth when they speak (which i TOTALLY don't agree w/; english accents rock), so what do english ppl say americans sound like??

It's usually said that posh English people sound like they have a plum in their mouth, hence the phrase a "plumy voice."
But there are a lot of regional differences, and mostly you can tell almost straight away what part of the country or what city someone is from -- or even what school they went to sometimes!
There are some different words and phrases, but I think the general rule is that British people tend to go "down" at the end of a sentence while Americans, Canadian, etc tend to go "up" - it's more about intonation I guess...
I am American, but "sound" English (apparently) because of schools and having lived here... I think my accent is more of a mix though. And what sound I prefer depends on the person. Some British accents annoy me!
