i think it's by dior but it's not in the collection. the fabric underneath the lace is the same as the one used in the collection but then maybe she didn't like the dresses in the collection and had galliano make something for her that was "unique" and he decided to make a strapless dress and just wrap a huge piece of similar colored lace around the dress

i think that it is reverse. because if you look at the bottom of mk's dress, it is a different pattern
