At first I thought it might be unhealthfully strange that she looks smaller than that young girl--but I was recently looking at a photo of myself when I was probably around 8 (I'm now 26), and I noticed how much thinner my arms are today than in the photo. (And I was not overweight as a child nor am I unhealthy today.)
I don't think that it's all that odd to see children with more fat than some young adults. For instance, if you go by measurements you'll notice that waist sizes of childrens clothes are often bigger than most of the women's size measurements.
This is not to say that I have any opinion about Nichole specifically--but rather that I'm not all weirded out by the fact that an adult can be leaner than a child, that's all.

I've noticed (I'm still a child though, I'm onyl thirteen...so I'm technically talking about myself, Whatever.) that childrens' midsections are typically wider. It probably has something to do with (or partyle because) children tend to breath more or some junk, I'm not saying that kids are fat, but they seem bloated. It sort of creeps me out, but whatev
