Hmm, those skirts are just about everywhere here in Canada...I bought a nearly identical skirt last year but in pink (although now everyone's wearing them, which is quite disappointing as it was super comfy!)
But I've got no idea for where to find on in Germany! Sorry!

^that happened here too... i bought a white one and wore it as a dress for a while but now everybody has them, so it's banished to the back of the wardrobe for a while!

Yeah they have been everywhere and they are part of the year before's trend... I dont think they are really common now.. But I'm sure you can find them somewhere! Is there an H&M in Germany? You might find some there, but I cant be sure because of the constant change in trends!

Yeah, I have basically an identical skirt, same color from Toronto.
Ebay maybe? I'm not sure of a specific store.

Yeah they are everywhere, but I guess It does depend where you live. My sister had a white one, but I think it looks better a as dress.
